How do I place my order?
Ordering online from .com is easy!

When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

How do I change/ modify my order?
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.
*Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

Can I modify my delivery address?
If the order has not been shipped or assigned a tracking number, you could update shipping address via email: service@ .com to contact our customer service for more help.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an unpaid order. An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your account to cancel it by yourself.

To cancel a paid order. Here at we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing service@ .com.

How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping fee for standard delivery is $9.95 (for all countries and regions)

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. We will send you a tracking email once we shipped it out.

Overseas deliveries usually takes 7-15 business days in transit by standard shipping. Delivery details can be checked in our shipping info.

Due to Coronavirus there is a temporary delay, the logistics company may not be able to update the status in a timely manner. In this case, please don't worry, your package is indeed in transit.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, you will be able to track your order under “My order” when you log in to your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

What should I do if I did not receive my delivered package?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
